GROUP SESSIONS + WORKSHOPS
Breathwork in a group setting provides collective support for like minded individuals to release stress and anxiety, breaking through emotional blockages to embrace their full potential.

Breathwork workshops grant an experiential event with which individuals can deeply explore and work through their patterns and emotional body. Using meditation, dance, self inquiry and Breathwork, we create a path to conscious personal transformation.

1 ON 1 BIODYNAMIC BREATHWORK
Breathwork when performed by a skilled facilitator with the right knowledge, intention and suitable context has the potential to release the effects of long unresolved traumas, in turn supporting the general healing of our physical organism and psyche. 1 on 1 Breathwork sessions create a safe container which allows authentic expression and full attention of the practitioner to support the release of core tension and completion of trauma related responses.

MEET JAKE
Jake Loreto is a certified Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Practitioner, Kinesiologist, and Nervous System Integrator with over ten years of experience supporting others through deep emotional and somatic healing.

His journey into this work was shaped by earlier experiences with anxiety, panic, and depression, which led him to discover the transformative power of breath, body-based practices, and nervous system repair.
Jake now shares the very tools that helped him move through those struggles and into a life he truly loves.
He is known for his calm, compassionate presence and his ability to create emotionally safe, grounded spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and move through what’s ready to be felt.
