GROUP SESSIONS + WORKSHOPS
Breathwork in a group setting provides collective support for like minded individuals to release stress and anxiety, breaking through emotional blockages to embrace their full potential.

Breathwork workshops grant an experiential event with which individuals can deeply explore and work through their patterns and emotional body. Using meditation, dance, self inquiry and Breathwork, we create a path to conscious personal transformation.

1 ON 1 BIODYNAMIC BREATHWORK
Breathwork when performed by a skilled facilitator with the right knowledge, intention and suitable context has the potential to release the effects of long unresolved traumas, in turn supporting the general healing of our physical organism and psyche. 1 on 1 Breathwork sessions create a safe container which allows authentic expression and full attention of the practitioner to support the release of core tension and completion of trauma related responses.

MEET JAKE
"I have been on a journey using Breathwork for over 10 years and it has been the catalyst for my own inner healing. Suffering for a long time with Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Depression, I finally found a tool that worked and delved deep uncovering and integrating trauma, physical tension, old belief systems and wounds that were causing disharmony in my body and mind.

After years of inner work I became a qualified Breathwork Practitioner amongst other trainings to assist people on their own journey of self healing which has been so incredibly rewarding.
